By accessing or using senhia (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dominik Hintringer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

• You can stop using the Service at any time. You may delete your account where available.
• We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or users.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, excluding conflict of law rules. Courts located in Austria will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
