Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
- You can stop using the Service at any time. You may delete your account where available.

- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, excluding conflict of law rules.
Courts located in Austria will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
